Why is your horse suffering from laminitis? Generally something that should get fixed promptly with diet and checking for anything metabolic going on.

After reading all these posts I will try on my horses too. I am fostering a 30ish year old mare just pulled from the feed lot, a real sweetheart that is showing pretty bad arthritis, therefore stiffness and discomfort, and she hates bute … I will give traumeel a shot. Thank you all for the interesting feed backs 🙂 very helpful

With prayer and that, By second day I was off crutches. It works great for any strains. Have not used it on the horses but have used many other homeopathics and oils and creams with great success.

My horse suffered terribly from sweet itch until a new barn manager recommended this mixture
1/3 aloe gel, 1/3 coconut oil, organic neem oil.
Aloe and coconut are readily available. The neem oils can be found on line either through Amazon, or Ebay.
Just make sure you get the pure neem, not the one that is used in the garden. I use. Dr adorable. Comes in multiple sizes.
Rub it on the sweet itch daily and you will see great results. And it’s not expensive
Good luck

Good thoughtful question about dosage.
Homeopathic or allopathic “medicines” ARE sensitive to dosage. Too much of any “good” thing can be VERY bad. Not enough is not only ineffective but also builds tolerance so as to eventually become ineffective in larger does.
Use no more than needed, but really rough rule of thumb is 1 tab/100# body weight per day. Probably best spread over two or three doses per day.

Homeopathic arnica, taken internally, requires the expertise of a homeopath. Make sure you consult with a professional before using arnica internally. Being a new horse owner, I am looking forward to checking out Trameel, based on the previous posts! Thanks!
